A native of Chicago, IL, and Business graduate of Alabama State University, Cy Philips now resides in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA with his wife and son.  With his debut literary work, he hopes to introduce readers to a style of writing where they are persuaded to allow their minds to run wild, like a….well, it’s your mind, you decide.
